1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sonaopus ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using Sonaopus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sonaopus.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sonaopus. By using Sonaopus, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. What Sonaopus Is

Sonaopus is a set of five profession-specific tools (HR Management, Executive Assistant, Project Management, Real Estate, and Recruiting) that help you structure your situation once, so that an AI assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) can write documents and drafts from it without you re-explaining that situation on every task.

Sonaopus itself does not write your documents. It hands the AI assistant you choose everything it needs to write from. The AI assistant produces the draft.

4. What Sonaopus Does Not Do

Some of what Sonaopus helps produce (employee relations documents, HR policies, offer letters and employment contracts, status reports, CMA summaries, and similar) can carry real legal, financial, or professional consequences if wrong. To be explicit:

  • Sonaopus does not send, submit, file, or act on any document on your behalf, automatically or otherwise.
  • Sonaopus does not review, approve, or certify that any AI-generated output is legally correct, compliant, or fit for your specific situation.
  • Every draft produced by your AI assistant is exactly that: a draft. You are responsible for reading it, editing it, verifying its accuracy, and deciding whether and how to use it, including seeking legal, HR, financial, or other professional review where appropriate before relying on it.
  • Nothing is sent to anyone (an employee, a candidate, a client, a stakeholder, a legal authority, or anyone else) unless you personally choose to send it, outside of Sonaopus, after reviewing it yourself.

Using Sonaopus does not create a legal, HR, financial, or other professional advisory relationship between you and Sonaopus.

5. Purchases

  • Each profession-specific product is a one-time purchase of $99 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad's terms govern the payment transaction itself: https://gumroad.com/terms
  • A one-time purchase gives you ongoing access to that profession's tool, including future updates to it, for as long as Sonaopus continues to operate and make it available.
  • Before purchasing, you can try each profession's tool for free, up to eight generations, with no signup or card required.
  • We may change pricing for new purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect a product you have already purchased.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and Sonaopus does not offer refunds.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a failed transaction that still billed you), contact us and we'll look into it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Sonaopus to generate content intended to deceive, discriminate against, or unlawfully harm any person
  • Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Sonaopus itself
  • Attempt to circumvent the free-generation limit through automated means
  • Use automated means to access or interact with Sonaopus beyond its intended functionality
  • Violate any applicable law in connection with your use of Sonaopus

8. Third-Party AI Assistants

Sonaopus is built to work with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, but Sonaopus does not operate, control, or guarantee the behavior, availability, accuracy, or output quality of any of these third-party AI assistants. Your use of them is governed by their own terms of service, separate from these Terms.

9. Your Content

"Your Content" means any information you enter into Sonaopus, and any draft or output produced by an AI assistant from it. You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim any ownership over it, and, per Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, we do not have a copy of it to claim ownership over in the first place, since it is stored only in your own browser.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you use anything an AI assistant produces from it.

10. Intellectual Property

Sonaopus, including its design, workflow structure, user interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Praise Boyinde and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or the underlying design of the Service beyond your personal use of it as intended.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sonaopus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • Sonaopus will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • Any AI-generated output produced with Sonaopus's help will be accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for your specific circumstances
  • Sonaopus will be compatible with every browser, device, or AI assistant configuration

Output quality depends on the AI assistant you use, the accuracy of what you enter, and factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sonaopus and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Sonaopus or your reliance on any AI-generated output produced with its help.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Sonaopus will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes, Availability, and Restricting Abuse

There is nothing for you to cancel, you can simply stop using Sonaopus any time you like, with no cancellation step required on your end.

Changes to the product. We may change, add, remove, or restructure any stage, tool, or pricing at any time. Changes apply to new use going forward and don't reduce anything you've already generated or stored locally on your own device.

Restricting abuse. If someone is clearly abusing Sonaopus, for example scraping it, reselling or redistributing access, or automating around the free-generation limit, we may restrict or block their access. We do this narrowly, aimed at the specific abuse, not as a general practice.

None of this affects data already stored on your own device. That data lives in your browser, not on our servers, and remains yours regardless of any change to the Service itself.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will note them on this page. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of Sonaopus after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of Sonaopus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonaopus regarding your use of the Service.

16.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other.
